"Looking for a shower part replacement..."
I was in need of a replacement part for our shower, and I wanted it quick. The plumber was there to verify that the part we got was indeed the correct one (which is pretty crucial, considering the price and the fact that the T&Cs seem to say no returns), and it showed up the very next day as they said it would. I can't really comment on whether the price was fair; since the manufacturer didn’t have it, I just have to trust that what I paid was a good deal compared to the list price.

"Delivery Delay on My Order"
I experienced a delay with my order, even though the site provided an estimated delivery date. They did offer me an alternative, but I had to shell out more cash for it. It seems to me that since they took my payment and promised a delivery timeframe, they ought to have provided the alternative without charging extra.

"Burlington Wall Lights for the Bathroom"
We were on the hunt for two Burlington bathroom wall lights. Victorian Plumbing had them priced at £95 each, but these came in at £72 each and were shipped straight from the factory. The whole buying process was a breeze, and the delivery was spot on. No more worrying about Hermes tossing it by the bins!
